Block Party Trailer

Reservation Instructions:

1. Check calendar to see if desired dates are available.

2. Contact MVBA by email ( Randy Chestnut) or phone (513) - 748-7840.

3. Wait for confirmation by telephone or email.

4. Check calendar to make sure dates are locked in. Please fill out Block party Request Form (to get a copy please click here) for which items will be used and email to Randy Chestnut.

5. Submit $50 usage fee paid to Calvary Baptist Church before or at the time of getting the trailer.*

6. Upon return of trailer please fill out Block Party Check-In Checklist (to get a copy please click here) and e-mail to Randy Chestnut

* Calvary Baptist Church will now assume responsibility for checking the trailer out and in and maintaining it. You will still reserve the trailer on-line, but you will have to coordinate with Calvary and Chuck Cotton for picking it up and returning it. (Approved at MVBA Executive Board meeting, 04.19.2011)
