Block Party Trailer

Reservation Instructions:

1. Check calendar to see if desired dates are available.

2. Contact MVBA by email ( mvbaohio@yahoo.com) or phone (513) - 860-0532.

3. Wait for confirmation by telephone or email.

4. Check calendar to make sure dates are locked in. Please fill out Block party Request Form (to get a copy please click here) for which items will be used and email to mvbaohio@yahoo.com.

5. Upon return of trailer please fill out Block Party Check-In Checklist (to get a copy please click here) and e-mail to mvbaohio@yahoo.com
